I live in Illinois and am now waiting for a double lung transplant.
I am in need of help to get a good gas mileage car & gas cards, Walmart cards to purchase food and household neccesitites , drug store or cash donations. After the transplant there will be at least 20 trips if no complications set in.
I am in need of a car and gas cards (even though I don't have a car, I Still have to pay people to transport me to all my appointments), Walmart cards for personal items and food, Support to help pay my gas and water bill and prescriptions.
Please help if you can and if you cant with money or donated gift cards then prayers for myself and my family would be greatfully appriciated.
I help others through the use of a computer. I am desperate need of a new laptop or desktop to continue to do my volunteer work for WUAH in helping to grant wishes and lend a hand up to those that need one.
